The Story
Established in 1996, Bar Fringe was born out of a love for European beer culture. We wanted to create a space that felt like a classic Belgian café right here in Manchester—a place without pretense, where the quality of the drink and the warmth of the company take center stage.
Our fridges are stocked with rare Trappist ales, our taps pour crisp continental lagers, and our walls tell the story of decades of good times.
