About This Beer

This is a dark red-brown beer, with a rich and complex taste created by re-fermentation in the bottle. You pick up touches of caramel and malt, with a hint of what some drinkers describe as; ripe banana. The beer pearls beneath a covering of dense, cream-coloured froth, which forms a lovely lace pattern on the inside of the glass you drink it. Damn good stuff, if we say so ourselves.
